Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco (born Angela Maria Ani DiFranco) is a American as well as a Canadian singer-songwriter. She's released over 20 albums. DiFranco's music has been classified as folk and alternative rock but includes influence from hip hop and jazz. Ani DiFranco, widely regarded as a feminist icon and Grammy award-winning musician is thought to be to be the first pioneer in DIY music.
