Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she turned 16 and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later, when she was the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license when she was 17. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took a six-year break from performing after earning her professional license to continue the education. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of 2009. Additionally, her 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros to ever be a part of history. After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to finish her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the competition, she came in third. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations going in, was delighted with the result. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs with a machine. and sitting rows. She will warm up prior to working on the sets. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. Supersetting all of the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
